H1N1 Clinic Information
The Ottawa County Health Department continues to offer the H1N1 Influenza Vaccination at no charge.
Please call the Health Department at 419-734-6800 or toll-free in Ottawa County at 800-788-8803 to schedule your appointment.
To schedule an appointment please call the health department at 419-734-6800. Appointments are on a first come first serve basis and will be scheduled only for the amount of vaccine on hand.
You must wait 28 days between the Seasonal Flu Mist and the H1N1 Flu Mist.

Please pre-register with the Ohio Department of Health for the vaccine. Pre-registering does not guarantee an appointment for the H1N1 vaccine. When clinics become available, you must still call the health department and schedule your appointment.
